Bistrot
The bistrot is like a control tower of a submarine that emerges from the bay of Maronti (Ischia) and pops up in the hotel’s garden. The big sliding openings that follow the geometry of the building are made to have a view on the dishes preparation, to attend a cooking class or simply to have a snack with a sea sight. This elements with the design of a fully equipped kitchen and a food preparation area are meant to offer a more pleasant service to the clients animating the terrace and the pool. The restyling of the bistrot is part of a wider project of re-designing of the garden with the sun shading pergola, the furniture and the floor treatment.
