The concept is to collect the services on the back of the apartment so to have all the sun-facing part of the house free from walls. The separation in between kitchen and bedroom is made of a permeable metal-glass partition that allows natural light to reach all spaces. This choice is emphasized by the use of different materials for service spaces and living/bedroom.
